We believe digital tools should be accessible to all. We continually work to improve the accessibility of our website and generator.
2. Conformance standard
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities.
3. Measures we take
- Semantic HTML structure with proper headings and landmarks.
- Keyboard navigability for interactive elements.
- Visible focus indicators.
- Sufficient color contrast for text and controls.
- Respect for the “reduce motion” system preference — animations are minimized when requested.
- A skip-to-content link on every page.
4. Accessibility features
The generator's controls are labeled for screen readers, the cookie dialog is keyboard-operable, and the live preview is accompanied by text status so it is not the only way to understand results.
5. Accessible QR practices
We encourage every user to make their own QR experiences inclusive: pair each code with a short readable URL or phone number, ensure the destination page is accessible, and place codes at reachable heights and sizes. See our guide to accessible QR codes.
6. Known limitations
QR code images are inherently visual. Where a code is the primary call to action, we recommend always providing an equivalent text link. If you find any part of our site that is not accessible, please tell us.
7. Feedback
We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of I SMART QR. If you encounter barriers, contact us and we will work to address them, typically within [N business days].
